You would need to get clindamycin from your vet apparently. My cat took it for teeth extractions, and dosage is 25 mg twice twice a day. Here is a link, but it is prescription...- Eggcessive

I would follow the advice of Wyorp Rock. At first it looked like frostbite, but since the whole leg is black, I now see that it does look like an old compound fracture. Clindamycin is a good antibiotic for that. I will look to see if you can get some somewhere.- Eggcessive
