Oh ma ga! Don’t tempt me like that!! They are adorable! I wish I had a separate section for bantams. I know they can live with the bigs and I’ve actually had some in the past but if I got anymore then I’d like em separate.

I feed the higher protein… they have chick starter called Flock Party at 22% protein… my favorite.. and then when they are 7 weeks old you can switch to Nutriena All Flock at 20% protein. I just found out about a layer feed that has 22% protein which I plan to add to the All Flock when my...

I do have a fan in the coop… serves two purposes.. helps cool them but mainly it is the best mosquito deterrent! And when it is as hot as it’s been I keep the hose nozzle on mist which helps cool the air and creates puddles for them to wade in. This helps them tremendously! Now they could live...

Are you serious! I haven’t seen any around but we have a wild bunny that hangs out in my chicken yard and as cute as he is I am so paranoid now cuz I found out that they bring deer fly which then lay eggs and the eggs hatch into botflies 😳😩😡 and we all know what they do! 😱

Hi! I may have missed it but are you planning to have your coop opened to the run? So the chickens can go to bed and get up on their own? If not, I suggest you set it up this way… makes life so much easier! My entire coop is the run… they have a sleeping section within, that way if I ever have...
