Welcome To BYC Sorry to hear about your pullet. If vet care is not an option, then I'd consider wrapping and stabilizing the leg. I do see a couple of places where the skin is torn a little like she got hung in something. Monitor wrappings that they don't get too tight and cut off...- Wyorp Rock
