Incubating Muscovy and Pekin eggs at different ages and I can’t tell the difference! How can I tell??

I doubt that its shrink wrapped, some do just take longer. Do you have any pictures of the dent/with the tape on? Opening the incubator is okay if brief, but I don't reccomend picking the egg up or moving it about.

Incubating Muscovy and Pekin eggs at different ages and I can’t tell the difference! How can I tell??

It won't hurt them, the way the air cells look are good indicators, and from that aircell it's clear that they're ready for lockdown. But hypothetically let's say they hatch later than expected, still okay. I had a staggered hatch with my girls, mallard derived breed. One egg was day 25 and...

Certainly looks ready for lockdown, I'd raise that humidity and stop turning them for sure. That air cell is dipping nicely. I can see shadowing in the air cell but I'm not sure if it's an internal pip yet. Either way, lockdown right away. Also just a tip, imo candling is fine until there...

That sounds like shadowing, which can happen in the days leading up to an internal pip, doesn't necessarily mean it's ready to pop, unless the air cell has drawn down ready.

NatJ just gave you a good solution, if you aren't sure, lockdown early. Or you can wait until the air cells draw down, and then put them into lockdown
