Hmm, no chicken breed I know of has Jamaican in the name or anything. I'm really not sure on breed. There are many breeds that have that chipmunk pattern as chicks so you may need to wait till they're more feathered in to tell. Hopefully someone with more knowledge comes along though.

I believe it's an Old English Game Bantam, not entirely sure though.
