I'd give her the Calcium Citrate once daily. Is vet care an option? I'd consider giving an antibiotic to see if that helps as well. Amoxicillin would be a good choice. I'm tagging in @azygous for her thoughts on this poop. I would suspect reproductive infection or cancer, but could be wrong.
