I can't really tell too much from that, and honestly, it looks like those in my incubator last night. I had 10 of them all wet and exhausted. How's it doing today? Hopefully dried off and walking around.

I would just leave it in the incubator and leave it sit there untouched for a few hours to see how it does. Whatever that is must be yolk or umbilical cord I'm guessing. A picture would help, but regardless, it should just dry off and be fine. That's provided it's been incubating for 21 days...
