I'm guessing it's one of the black copper Marans hybrids like Midnight Majesty Marans. There are others I can't think of at the moment.- JedJackson

It's kind of borderline, but the comb and wattle development points toward it being a cockerel. I'd give it a little bot more time to be sure, though.- JedJackson
