    Yes cure the mites. DO you have a dollar store? They sometimes have a pet section and you could find flea shampoo there.

    She will be ok eating the scratch until you mom gets her the layer mash. She has made it this far eating it so she will be ok. Just try to get her some layer mash when you can.

    Next time when you need to buy food again, you can get the layer mash. It may help her start laying eggs, it has calcium and other good stuff for them in it that helps with laying eggs.
