    This very morning, at 3-ish, I became a 2 time scofflaw!! I hatched 1 chick more than I'm supposed to have, added to the 2 roos I'm not supposed to have. Technically, I'm perfectly entitled to the 14 pullets and hens, and the 4 chicks are genderless until proven otherwise...

    Started out using a loophole, but they recently wrote an ordinance to make us LEGAL!! Look at my BYC page to see details- take the ordinance to your commissioners to change your laws!!!
