Emma and the 2 kitties get along fine now. We kept them in their pen during the day for a week and made sure to spend time with them and Emma on our laps together for supervised getting aquainted. Update, she's being less agressive. Still worries me cause she will take that tail-straigh-up hunting stance if the kitties move too fast, but shes licking them now instead of trying to bite if we hold them for her. Hopefully we are going to be able to at least keep her from eating them, they...- sparkles2307

I think I need to clarify that the kittie cage is IN the barn that the chickens also live in, its secure from coons. The dog sleeps in there too but we just put her in at night. The kitties were raised with a BIG dog around them, and shes a nice dog, but they hiss at Emma which I think makes...- sparkles2307

She barely turned 2 years old, May 14th actually was her birthday. She isnt old and isnt aggressive to my kids...I never thought about the neighbors dog smell being on the kitties but thats prolly it cause their dog does spend time in the shed with the cats. THey were old enough to leave as in off of milk but momma cat was still taking care of them. THey live on another farm, our best friends, and they have been holding these two for my boys since they were born. So momma cat wasnt there.
