I finally learned to make the top "lid" cut totally horizontal. That's my entire repertoire of pumpkin carving cleverness. Third graders carve better jack-o-lanterns than mine.

The fault movement is lateral, right at the squirrelly bit. I see lots of similar stuff here in California, not quite as extreme. That is, most of it is not as extreme -what I have seen - but some IS. The majority is not as obvious.
"Slam your phone shut?!?!? " :gig Pffffft. Ask one o' them what a "receiver" is!!! Slamming the receiver down onto the cradle used to be SO satisfying! For that matter, "cradle" (on a phone) is another antiquated telephone term.
