    I've never tried it myself, but I suspect they would do well. They have pea combs, so not much frostbite there. They also ideally have no tails, and they are chunky little buggers -- so they should have good heat retention. Give it a try!

    If you can figure that out, let us know! Keep in mind that it is VERY difficult to accurately capture egg color in photos. for instance, here's a pic I took of my own eggs: Now, my araucana eggs ARE bue -- but they're not nearly THAT blue in real life!
