my feelings exactly. What irritates me are people who have "outdoor" cats and then post on CL saying they haven't seen them in 3 days and it's their baby and they're so worried...well if you want to know your animal is ok then don't let it roam all over!!!! Anything that comes into my yard is...
Had to share....my son (Aaron) is going to be turning 2 yrs old next week and we're having his birthday party tomorrow. I cheated this year and used a mold to make his cake...but it was too cool not to use! It's a bird, it's a plane, NO! it's Superman!!! (and much help from my daughter Hannah)
LOL! I always make sure to tell people I'm not choking them, I just have my thumb under thier chin and my middle finger behind thier head to teach them to pose in an alert position. It always looks like I have them in a choke hold. :)
Not a stupid question really because color is an important...
This is Reggie....I'm quite certain he is a rooster LOL (Speckled Sussex) I've never had one develope a comb/waddles sooooo red soooo fast!
Olive...you asked for cute hare pictures....
this guy is all posed up...he's only 2 months old. And no, I am not choking him, it is a way to pose...
This morning I went to open up the chick coop and heard something hilarious...it was either a little roo hitting puberty and trying to crow or someone was in there shaking a chicken around. I'm guessing hitting puberty cause I'm pretty sure I saw which one did it when they came outside...
I like my house cows speaking of which he's snoring at my feet. I need to go steal the sheep sheers from the guy down the road so he can have a haircut.
this is one of my young Speckled Sussex cockerels. He'll lose most of the white on the front in the next month and get more speckling through his body. BTW....I have 5 of these I need to find homes for. Nice heavy young birds...yum yum in a month or so lol.

ehhhhhh....I don't care for little goats (but yes...

Hi there! I'm on the south side in Holt! :) Probably just a short drive away. Chicks are like pringles...
So this morning I woke up to thunder and lightening...but no rain...so I took a shower, no rain...got the kids ready to go to Grandmas, no rain....put shoes on and said "lets go!" AND BAM...
I agree, and also you should bring up "chicken diapers" LOL I would contact the company and see if they would be willing to share some of thier information on sales with you to show how many people have them as pets in thier homes!
Sounds good...writing it down so I remember. lol Best thing about eggs is that they don't peep or crow so I can sneak them into the Lab and won't get caught LOL. So Thursday it is! I'm there 7-330 so any time in between :)
