MCC: just a bit of info. most ducks have two major molts a year. once in spring, And the second molt is in fall/early winter. sort of shedding pointless feathers and creating a new coat for warmth for the winter, etc. for example, now would be a good time. Wow, I never realized how much larger their eggs are. Fisherlady said they are great for baking too! They are off to Duckie dream land. The traveling probably wore them out. I would do that if you can get her to the Pittsburgh area, I don't want her sold for meat. Even though my mother in law got me a duck, its at her house, she's bringing it down this weekend!!! Yay!!! I would still take that Duckie to save her! Unless someone else can!- duckies1230

That was one of the first place I looked. My hubby won't drive to Ohio for a duck. A new duck and a toddler daughter are not a great idea for long drives. I knew mount joy sounded familiar I was thinking Pittsburgh, lol, I was way off. I lived in York and Lancaster for a short time. That would be exactly what I'm looking for but we are on opposite sides of the state so it won't be possible. Sorry but thanks anyway.- duckies1230

Pekin Duck available. Processed at $3.25 a pound.. (pasture and grain fed, no processed pellets have been fed ). Live ducks also available.. Muscovy drakes will be available soon.
