Can you post pics of your so we can see? That would definitely help. I'm inclined to say that no red at all by 5 weeks would mean girls, but pea combs can be notoriously hard to sex, especially early.

These are at 8 weeks old. They are all cockerals except for the 2 blacks and the one silver (black with silver colloar). Here are the same chicks at 5 weeks old. The red in the combs was obvious by this point. Hens had no red at all in their combs.
