What color are their legs? The reddish/white ones look like my sex links, and the pure white one you have looks like an EE I picked up at our local feed store (white with green legs). My sex links (yellow feet) My white EE- Sold as an ameraucana (green feet) think they should be slate if AMs.
I'm thinking boy...because of that ring of feathers around the neck. One of my males looked like a lil eagle. Oh but its a bantams I see now, I don't have bantams...hmmm may be different. oh my goodness minis! Too cute.
Here's 4 of my wheatens as they were growing. 2 boys 2 girls. The sex was fairly quick to determine after a few weeks. Once the feathers around neck and chest started filling in it was super easy :) I love wheatens. Darker feathers around neck and chest were good boy clues, big old feet...

I think egg color does not constitute a breed also. It's just a quick clue to a possible answer. Like white skin or a peacomb. The shades of blue vary. As does how we see the color and I often hear people awaiting a surprise color egg hoping for blue not brown... they were bought at a hatchery...
I waited 6 months for my EEs egg I thought was an AM, then found out. Then bought wheatan and waited Another 6 months and freaked out about the light odd eggs lol they evened out tho. They anticipation is crazy and when they finally laid it was like I laid it myself I was so happy lol ahhh the...
"rich blue TO olive green" would be an Easter egger or olive egger wouldn't it? (here maran x ameracauna crosses often lay deep olive colors) many people buy EE as ameraucana from hatcheries, start breeding and continue to call them ameraucana, unaware they are EEs, because they themselves paid...
My wheatans just started laying in December. They were tiny and pale now they are medium size and bluer. My blue wheatans eggs started out like the upper right two in pic. Now they're evened out :)
I too see a lot of roos. Both the ones in the pic with the hands holding them are roos. As are I think all in the 1st pic and all but 2 in the 2nd pic.
Out of my last batch all the Dark feathers, , combs with a higher center ridge and the dark feather ring around the necks were roos.
