I'm a bad influence too. I managed to convince Shay she needed another Sumatra pair.
I was sorely tempted by Laura and Sarah's fav pullet. But I'm sure my cranky old layer girls wouldn't be nice to her. Next year I'll have some bantam accomodations. and some bantam favs. The kids love...

If you can't bring it that's okay. If you can just let me know in the morning that would be great. I don't want to bring the trailer if I don't have to.

okey dokey, thank you.
It's a 20 long I think. With a cover, but it probably needs a new light. Especially if you use plants.
I wasn't able to convince my husband to move out the 55 gallon one yet. So I put chicks in it.
Maybe that will encourage him.

Anyone need a couple of miscellaneous drakes? I think they're mixes but of what I don't know (Laura do you know what they are?). These belong to a friend and she's thinking of rehoming them. They've always been together and get along well. I'll only bring them if someone is interested.
Here's...

I'll measure a table in the basement this afternoon. That should give me an idea how big it needs to be.
The new ones are currently in the 55 gallon fish tank. They sure are funny looking fish.

I would like 4 if you have that many. How long is the truck bed? You can have him cut it shorter if it makes things easier.
No problem with the poop, it's going to get pooped on anyway.
The package arrived safely this morning too!

He's in Auburn, and he's the one that took Caitlin's frizzle roo. He asked me about giving the cochins a ride. Fine with me, as long as we're able to meet up on one of these trips.
I'll let you know if we're able to work something out.

It will work out better anyway. I may be able to come to Merrimack kidless, or at least without one of them. It will be easier to pick up stuff there. The kids were really out of sorts at Westford. Halloween, time change, a lot of driving around in one weekend was just too much.
I'm sure there will be plenty of roos! No shortage of them at this time of year.
Wendy, those cochins are gorgeous! I have to keep reminding myself no more birds. No more birds. No more birds.

I was wrong, this guy was actually a result of a blue frizzle crossed with a blue showgirl. He definitely was cute, but I have enough roos already!

Yeah and Daddy is the one that said no more and he was with her, so he can't complain anymore when we come back with the extras, maybe he won't notice
She wanted the other one too. But he said 2 were enough.
That's okay, the other one went fast today at Westford.
When I left trueblueshowgirl's place this afternoon I found a couple of extra birds in the back. One is a young buff silkie cockerel, the other is a silkie mix cockerel she nicknamed Baby Huey. He's got some barring on his neck and tail, body is dark grey. Very submissive boy.
I can't show pics...
