I'm not sure what you mean. If you switch to manual mode, and use a very rapid shutter speed, you'll get pictures, sure. But if you don't know what you're doing, then you won't get very good pictures. As in, they will be under exposed, or over exposed more often than they will be 'just... -

I have a fixed 105mm micro lens that I use. I have a 70-200 lens, and even setting it at 105mm, the pictures don't turn out half as nice as the micro lens allows me to get. I think that's largely due to the cheaper glass in my 70-200, though. Also, I 'believe' that the micro lens allows you... -
