Personally I think they do go broody a lot my hen was 8 months old when she went broody and is now a mother of 11 so they go clucky very well but also good mums and broodies is silkies
Yay soon going to have more babies soon my 7 month old Wyandotte mix is sitting on 13 or so eggs not sure just leaving here pretty sure the are all plymouths if not then my family friend can have it as they are making there first coop will show you guys when it's finished
Yay I think I have more babies in the progress my young hen that started laying a while ago has gone broody and is sitting on 15 eggs here she is she is 9 months old and getting ready to be a mummy
YAY my hens are laying again got two eggs today they are mating with my blue or rooster so will be interesting might wait till my young roosters start doing there job and let her sit yaya
