Here are a couple of my OEGBs. They are 7wks old. It was a mixed hatch. Meaning, mutliple dads. What would you call this color? Whatever it is, I think it's beautiful!
Here is a pic of my broody. I was told she is a Wheaten.
She is sitting on some Fawn duckwing and LF Golden Phoenix eggs for me. Due in a week. Can't wait. I already hatched out 8 from her less than a week ago. She was originally with some Mille Fleur colored Roosters.
You're welcome! The first set eggs mine laid were not fertile, but the second set were. It won't take long.

Thanks Tbird!! Guess that means I'll have babies some time this summer... I can wait for that. I'll finally get to post my own baby pics!!
Yes, I'd say that your little man needs to be older. I have a Fawn Duckwing. He is between 6 and 8 months old. He just now got it right and I have fertilized eggs. Give him a little longer.
Well, I won't be keeping them. Half will probably go back to the guy I got the pair from. The rest to whoever wants them. ;)They do grow up to have the prettiest pumpkin coloring. I love how it looks in the sun.
Yeah, everything is getting the laying fever around my place. My Fawn and Silver duckwing eggs are fertile too. I have couple of those due on the 4th. I have Golden Phoenix(LF) due the same day. Along with 16 Muscovies due Easter Sunday. I just hatched out 3 of my own barnyard mix about a week...
My Ginger Reds hatched last night! 100% hatch! They are cute little buggers. I don't think all of them will be Gingers though. The hen was in a pen with other Cocks before I got her. She laid the day I brought her home, so we'll see what they turn out to be. I'll have to ask the guy what colors...
