    Love my girls! We got some 2 week old chicks in June 2012 then a hatch of day olds in JUly-- and I know they are not fully grown they are pretty darn big (the lone Roo is huge) and they started laying right on target at 24 weeks in the middle of December-- no supplemental lighting or anything...
