Just wanted to post a pic of our Black cockerel Thor: At the end of the month I'm going to set our first clutch of JG eggs from Thor, his brother Goliath and their girls (two black hens and two white). We're very eggcited. I'll let you all know how it goes.

Franca, I'm in Central California. I can't locate a JG breeder in my state. Well...I actually did locate one close to me...but he's on the Megan's law website...I hope he stops breathing soon

Totalcolour, thank you so much I really appreciate your input. I'm also trying to find some splash or blues in my state, but having no luck. Can I show those colors, or would they be purely for our own enjoyment?

Also, my daughters have joined 4H this year. They would like to show our JG''s. Do you think we could show our current hatchery JG's or should we spend the money to get SOP JG's?
