Personally if I was you, and I just wanted to put meat in the freezer for me and my family.... I would go with the cornish x's. Like Jaku said... they are super easy to do. And honestly a batch of 25 twice a year should feed you and your family if you eat other meat.- Brunty_Farms

It creates better meat. The roosters do not develop any testosterone and they pack on much more meat. Making it a very flavorful but tender chicken. You have to ask yourself what you want.
