    Anyone want to lose some weight too? So I'm not starvin' by myself?

    I was 110 lbs before kids and went to 207 then had another child, So after my last I decided to walk everyday even if only 20 mins. I then used a smaller plate with each meal and cut back to 1200 cal a day and I am now 112 lbs. So you can all do I'll be checking good luck it's not easy but doable.
