they hatched out last night....:))
the eggs were bought off of ebay (34 eggs). dont know what colors the parents were.
these were bought from a duck farm.
anyone know what colors these 2 ducklings will be at adulthood?

both came from the same breeder advertising call duck hatching eggs (who also was very helpful in the incubating tips for me). both hatched within 2 days of each other. they are about 3 weeks old.

i've got a question about settling shipped eggs and turning....:
how many days do you let your eggs settles (shipped in the mail) before you start turning them? i read 1-2 days and some have even suggested 7.....
any thoughts? or tips? i have 35 call duck eggs that i've just put...
i just saw that i've got 2 outta 4 call duck eggs hatching. all i've read about them, you have to assist them because of their short bill, large head and short neck. so quickly got the 4 out, candled them and found 2 had internally pipped and had punched a hole in the shell....:)
