I'm so proud that my guesses were actually right, haha! Wow it's crazy how different they are. I love reading about this stuff and look forward to breeding Slkies sometime in the near future.
The first one looks like a splash. The others are so unique though! The 3rd kinda looks like a partridge. Since I'm still kinda new to all this breeding stuff (reading about it) I'm not sure weather or not that's possible. Gonna be beauties either way!
Just regular chick feed, and some Pedialyte or anything with electrolytes. That's why I said Gatorade because its a common energy drink in the US. You would need a syringe to feed the chick.
What Pedialyte looks like...
Yes it lifts as they get older. They can be pricy but worth it instead of having a heat lamp on 24/7 for 8 weeks. Plus, you don't have to worry about a fire.
Well my two batches of chicks were 8 weeks old. But I just got a new batch of three silkies and decided to purchase an Ecoglow. I love it so much more!
My chick had the same problem. Give her some Gatorade. Make her a nice brooder area with aspen or pine shavings. Then give her fresh food and water. Is her nose running? What feed are you giving her?
So like shavings? Just make sure you don't use Cedar shavings. It could be causing him to sneeze. I would give him some electrolytes. He may just be weak. The sneezing could come from the beedding. Anything to dusty isn't good. I use doggy pee pads that have the little grips so they don't slip...
Not all Silkies get blue ears. Here's a link that *might* help.

Also, how old are they? They usually don't show up until around 6-8 weeks.
