She always lays much bigger eggs than the other girls, but this one for sure takes the cake. Funny thing is, she didn't miss a day laying.

I did look at the yolks carefully to see if they were fertile. Many times we find fertile eggs from our standards, or big girls as we call them. Our roo is a bantam. Luckily it was not fertile.

Check out this egg from our EE, Bandit. She always lays big eggs, but never this big! It weighed 4 ounces and measured 3 inches by 2 inches! It was a double yolker. First time she's ever laid one.
