There's a Standard Feed and Seed in Jacksonville that seems to get chicks in weekly on Fridays if anyone is looking for chicks. You can google the website and look at the chick schedule. Seems like key west chickens would be easy for you to get and raise. They are already adapted to the environment there. I got mine from a rescue that got theirs from the key west wildlife center. I have 5 guinea keets. They are about 3 mos old now. They are so much fun. Just when you think they can't get any wierder they do LOL!
