sometimes they just don't look like we expect, I would not be too concerned until the hatch is over there isn't much to be done about it, unless you decide to pull that one early.
if you open the incubator to help it, you may put others in danger of shrink wrapping.....

tonight was supposed to be lockdown,
I had a pip this morning when I took oujt the turner, so everything had to be done in a rush, to get it back in the incubator quickly before it could shrink wrap. added the shelf liner. filled the water troughs, added the egg cartons, moved all the eggs and...
Lost a chick from my April 10th hatch today.....
she was a light Brahma, and just didn't act right this morning. I gave her 1 drop polyViSo (non Iron)l in her beak......
this afternoon found her breathing funny and tonight she was gone.

if you open the incubator no matter how quickly some humidity will be lost, causing the remaining eggs a bigger chance of becoming shrink wrapped.

Since I started my new job, I don't have alot of time for anything, maybe I will when I get the schedule worked out. I have 3 coops and 3 batches of new chicks to take care of before and after work, that doesn't count taking care of the other various animals or people in my life.

Candling last night revealed 9 non-moving, and 2 early quitters. Eggtopsy showed 9 of the 11 were shrink wrapped, and 2 were nothing more than a bit of development and yolk.
I think the lower temp and the power outtage took their toll.
I have another 30 set that I will candle tonight or...
