I have Wheaton ameraucas and splash marans both breeds do very well in all climates ,I just wouldn't really recommend getting any polish chickens ,my buff laced hen almost died last year due to the heat in the summer . :)- BackyardMarana

I also have +15 hens and i only get 1-2 eggs a day sometimes 0 :( , i think it's because of the weather . hopefully they start laying soon ,i also have about 6-10 pullets that are about 2 months away from laying :)- BackyardMarana
