Hi! I have chickens in Scottsdale. Thanks for the great tip on restricting scratch. I did not know that it is heat producing. I usually throw it down for them in the morning but I will change it to egg shells and fruit. :)- ScottsdaleChick

Hi, I live in Scottsdale and have chickens. Be sure to get a hearty bred that can take the heat. I have Golden Sex Links.
