Yes He was Daddy. And I have 2 daughters too! Here's one, LOLA- likes to be carried around, and pecks my legs if I don't pick her up. Jen, I can't believe you have those 2. Guess I lost track.
Ooooo, thanks for the warning on the silvadene creme. I didn't know that.
I guess I have a few options here for cremes and ointments, guess I'll have to see what I find first.
Silverbird, I will use betadine tomorrow and get a hold of some of that burn stuff, silvadine creme. Mary, the heat lamp isn't too close, and it's not shining directly on him. Thanx. Karen , he will be resting till tomorrow . The bath went well, he seemed not to mind it, and kept his eyes...
Okay, I can get silvadene creme and betadine tomorrow. I might have some betadine in the barn. Aspirin I got. He's in shock right now and I don't want to move him around tonight.
He just looks so awful!
He got a warm bath. Then I put him in a crate under a heat lamp. DH put ointment on the broken skin. I felt it might be best to wait till tomorrow to do anymore. The big question is the skin on the neck is totally ripped off of the muscle. Can anyone suggest what to do about this neck?
Ivan, my roo jumped the fence and attacked the dog. He's pretty bad. The skin has been pulled away from his neck and sits like a turtleneck sweater. I don't know what to do.
He's breathing. He doesn't seem to have any broken bones. He's neck is real ripped up.
