the cable that opens the door in the back runs through it. I have a hook on the front and i just pull the cable to open or close the door from the front.i am building the run off the back and this lets me open the door easy and keep the chickens from the cable.
O i forgot to add that the windows slide open so i can control the amount air.i have 1/4 x 1/4 wire on the inside to be nice and safe.it also has 2 roosts that run from front to rear and my chickens love to look out the windows.
