    Leezybeezy~ Like feathersnuggles said, offer free choice oyster shell at all times as soon as your pullets start laying. Also, make sure all your birds can get to it easily. My BO's first egg was shell-less and even caused her to have a prolapse (inverted reproductive tract). Very scary...
