RIR #1 looks like the way the feathers are coming in is slowly and is slow to get feathers on his shoulders, I can't tell in the picture but I'd guess he doesn't have much of tail feathers coming in? It also seems to have a good sized comb for 3 weeks but by siz weeks is should be pink, so...- Corey NC
