Just candled the Cayuaga Duck Eggs from Chickenlover54 and 5 out of the 6 look good. Moving them from the incubator to the hatcher on the 26th so I will have new duck babies soon.

The best way to do a staggered hatch is to be FAST getting in and out!! I use a homemade incubator and hatcher. My incubator has 5 egg turners and my hatcher has 5 hatching shelves. I stagger my incubating and hatches year round and have great hatches. I just have everything ready to go...
