    Diatomaceous earth--- Really that harmless?????

    I did ask him if he ate any and he said no. He really is past the stage of putting stuff in his mouth. He's just a very tactile child and LOVED the feel of it. It does feel kinda cool. I'm just hoping he didn't breathe a lot of the dust.

    You guys just scared the heck out of me. My son, who's 4, found the bag of DE in the outside storage room yesterday. No, we don't keep harmful substances where he can get to them, but I didn't give that stuff a second thought bc I read extensively on here that people sprinkle it in the coop...
