Your coop looks great! Dont worry about burying wire, just lay a strip of hardware cloth or welded wire (I used 1x2) about 18-24 inches wide on the ground around your run. I used metal tent stakes from Walmart to hold mine down. I would paint the floor then put down linoleum. Cheapest you can...- oldchickenlady
