Thank you all for the suggestions. I've decided to dig a moat... I put moth balls on my shopping list and will stop at the pet shop to find the spray. I was out working this evening and through several piles over the fence....oops.

I would like any advice or tips with dealing with the neighbors cats. I truly like cats, the only reason I don't have a couple in the house is due to DH's allergies. The neighbors average 12-18 cats....sometimes triple that when several have litters. None are spayed/neutered and I have to say...
