You are awesome, also I have a black roo split (carrying one mottled gene) to mottled.
So:
Black roo carries mottled X chocolate hen = ??????
and
Black roo carries mottled x chocolate hen that carries mottled = ??????
^^^^ he currently appears solid black actually, at about 3 months old. I'm told by reputable breeder who I purchased from that he only carries one copy of the mottled gene, and one copy of chocolate as this is the roo I requested.
I have a genetics question:
1. If I put black roo split to Mottled and chocolate over a chocolate hen it will give me what?

^^^^ thank you, very very helpful. Finding help on these birds is very hard, I'm new, startedc this on my own and don't know anyone willing to help on these imports in my area, this website is the only way I can assure I'm breeding the best I have.
I gladly accept any criticism because I really...
Really want to know what you all think about the looks of these birds? Criticism is apprecitated, hen is >1year and blue roo is less then 1 year. They are not from a breeder on this forum. Thank you!

Thank you rockinpaints that's why I asked, I don't want to breed an English Orp to American standards, but what book should I get to use as a resource to breed them to UK standards?
I guess I will start with 1 question at a time.
I want to breed my imported English Orpingtons to the SOP, so I should use the "AmericanPA standard for English Orpingtons?
