This is the best picture I have.

I have a pullet that looks like this but I was told when I bought her that she is a Phoenix.

Not sure if it is a pea comb....it is a line of little bumps right now. Not sure how old she is.....not laying yet.

Does this look like a Sumatra? When I got her I was told she is a Phoenix, but I soon found that she doesn't look like any of the Phoenix pictures that I see. Sorry it is not a better picture.
