That is what is commonly called a "fart egg" Sometimes they have a tiny little yolk, sometimes not. You definetly will never be able to hatch one. Smallest one we have ever had was dime sized. Someone at my wifes work wanted it to blow out and put in their egg collection. Pretty neat.
