I feed mine with medicated turkey starter/crackcorn/dried cat food and greens. Most people keep their birds off the ground simply to keep them from diseases and catching the worms. I find putting sand down also keeps your bird healthy and they do love to bathe in it. I love ur turkeys. Andy
