My hands are plenty steady (I'm pretty good with a gun). I don't have any artistic talent!
My daughters have a lot more talent than I do. Heaven knows where they got it from!
I don't have the patience or talent for painting eggs. Yinepu paints and carves eggs. She has some posted on one of the decorated egg threads in the hobby section. She has offered to show me how she does them (especially her carved eggs). But I am talentless!
The clique ruins it for the rest.
If you don't fit in with the clique you get ignored or scoffed at. After seeing the clique at work, I'm glad I'm not part of it!
I think a lot of the old "regulars" who have left this thread have moved over there!
Understatement of the century!
Sadly the first bold part has proven to be untrue within this thread. I have talked to a couple people who no longer recommend this thread to newbies because of it.

One of the Texas members made some NICE BIG hoop coops. I just called and they said theirs was about 300 to 350. with ALL materials bought new. They are holding up great too! They have a build page on here for them. Their original one is about 4 or 5 years old now and still going strong!

Oh I have to agree! There are so many nasty hateful people even on this board it makes me want to scream! I have run into so many nasty people between here, the store and my daughters school that it's just so sad what the world is coming to! I was told that a poor man on a motorcycle got hit...
Thank you for the information Yin!
We love our snakes! They really keep the rodent population in check!
Beautiful!
Lady bug dirt?
I am thankful for people like you! No Master Gardener bashing here! I was born with a brown thumb; so I apprecaite all the help I can get!
Daughter...
Our Lab is a rescue! We picked him up from a foster family in Killeen a few years ago. He was out of a litter of puppies that were all rescues (along with the mommy and daddy dog). He is so sweet!
It seems the author is sensationalizing things a teeny bit. I didn't see a GMO chicken! The naked ones are selectively bred the other ones are just cornish cross. Unless you want to call selective breeding genetically modified...
