My brooder stays on my covered front porch. I have a heat lamp on them and they seem to do fine. I make sure they stay dry but that's the only precaution I take.
I have thought about it and looked into it. My concern is time which I have none to spare. Three teenagers all going in different directions means I almost don't have time to sit let alone plant and harvest. So we decided against it for the moment

Over more towards the east TN side , does anyone know who processes? I have 4 ducks that I need to do. I could do it, but someone who processes could do in and hour what would take me half a day or longer.
