We went! There were some pretty chickens there. Met Judy Lee, the lady who started the American Paint Silkies. What a sweet lady! The silkies in the show were awesome as well as the Polish. Glad we went :D

We recently had a possum in the hen house when I went out to close it up for the night. Of course my hubby was traveling .....so our neighbor came over abs killed it.

We were there & checked out the animals. Wow, I found it quite sad the way the chicken were stacked on top of each other :( The silkie hens, their backs were so bare. Saw several, what looked to be pretty peacocks. Maybe it's because we hasn't been to an auction like that before...but the way...

Hi! There is. Sale in Elkton, KY this wknd. Supposedly they have a variety of chickens for sale. Also, if you're on FB there is a group called Chickens & Rabbits for sale in Hopkins & Muhlenberg county KY ;)

So sorry your dog was bitten. To me, the only good snake is a dead one. A friend told me guineas kill snakes. Anyone know if that's true? We have 11 of them, I'm hoping they do!!
