My post had to do with conditions, not quality. Birds not kept in good conditions are potential time bombs for an existing flock. It is something to pay attention to even more than whether they are show or hatchery quality.

Depending on what its holding on to tight you can also drill it out. But if its something you need to resecure that might cause other problems and might need to cut new threads to put in a larger screw.
