I have 6 of them , from 800 to the 1500. You may get the info from their site. Not that hard to set. just raise one up high , set one at 100.5 , after that set the other one to 99.5. should have a light so you know when the heating unit is on.

yes get both thermostats set, set 2 nd one to turn off at 100.5 first to turn off at 99.5 once set temp should be good , 24 hr good for test. ONE THING ABOUT THE WAFER.....only way they go BAD IS IF THEY LEAK....Then they don't shut the heat off...reason for back-up. if incubator not holding...
