    Well today was a bitter sweet day. All but 4 of my hens went to a lady that just wanted dark eggs. I still have two roosters and a few 8 week olds. I am sad to see them gone. I am ready for my Harvey chicks!

    Here are a few pictures of some of the BC and BLCM I have to work with. I like this BLCM rooster but not sure he is dark enough to darken my hens. Not only are these BLCM hens lacking in copper but the shade of blue is light.
